It’s been long time since I post about the Divine Mercy which is located at El Salvador. Our last visit at Divine Mercy was April in this year its 5 months already pass, in that time the Statue of Divine Mercy is not yet finish. I think in that time I can say that 60-75% of the Statue is finish. During our visit there which is the feast of the Divine Mercy the priest that who lead the mass was father Pacana. At the end of his mass he said that by the month of September the Statue of the Divine Mercy will be turn over to the archdioceses. I’m happy that I and my partner are one of those people who witness the build up of the Divine Mercy from the beginning until it was finish.

The statue was build by almost 2 years and the total cost of it is 30,000,000 pesos which we can say that it is a big, big amount of money. But thanks to the people who has a good heart which they give some donations to the statue of the divine mercy and to the church also who give there contributions including other organizations.

Did I say finish..? Yes the Statue of the Divine Mercy was finish already and it was formal open last September 7, 2008 and it was formally turned over to the archdioceses last September 8, 2008. Last Saturday September 7, 2008 me, my partner together with our friends we visit and witness the beauty of the Divine Mercy which so nice and attractive to the tourist especially to those religious group. It was so great and relaxes when you are facing at the Divine Mercy Statue.

We arrived there around 6 pm which so sad that we did not catch the mass. But it’s okay at least we saw the whole statue of the divine mercy which is already finish. There are almost thousands of religious group who witness the opening of the divine mercy. I’m sure that this place will be one of the tourist spot at here in Mindanao. As what I say, we did not make it to catch the mass of that evening but its okay because we saw our favorite choir which is from bohol, the international choir champion the “LOBOC CHOIR”. All of the members of the choir are young, talented and so gifted, they have nice and solemn voices which I san say that they are professionals already.
