Last week I have a great weekend, I spent my weekend by an adventure and this adventures are White Water Rafting, Canopy Walk and Zip line. Woooww that’s great, we did this in just one (1) day only..:-). We plan this activities one month ago so that we can prepare and can plan the things that we do when this time come.
On January 24, 2009 (Saturday) the time has come to do our adventures in our life. Our first adventure is the White Water Rafting which is an advance course, this is not my first time but among 8 of us 5 are first timers and the 3 of them are guest from Manila. This is the great time to do the rafting because the flash floods in Cagayan de Oro are just finish. We divided into 2 rafts which is one raft there are 4 members plus the 3 guide in each raft the total of 7 people in one (1) raft. Although this is not my first time but I feel also excited not in the raft but for my friends which is first timer. As we go on to our adventure I noticed that there is some changes in the river, some changes I observed are the rapids in the river. There are new rapids forms in the river during the flash floods and there are rapids already gone. Aside in the river changes and rapids I observed also the changes of surroundings in the river. There are part of the river side which is previously are forest but now it was replace by big stones.
Let’s back to our adventure side, it was a happy adventure and I can say that another experience that I have in this year. There are 16 rapids all in all in advance course and take note each rapid has a name to remember. Some rapid name I remember, Captain my Captain Rapid, Christ Drop Rapid, Surprise Rapid, Karabao Back Rapid, I did not remember the other name of the rapid..:-) The river now is greater in rafting than before because the rapids are bigger and more adventure. In this adventure we pay 1000 pesos in each of us.
After our rafting our guest wants to experience another adventure so we bring them to Macahambus Park, in this place of the park we did a Canopy Walk and Zip line and it is only 250 peso for the 2 adventures. Our next adventure will be next at MOAP.. Just see our photos below on how we enjoy the 2 adventure in one (1).
This is time to experience the rapids of the water in our first adventure in White Water Rafting. And also our pictures at Macahambus Adventure Park.

Hi @Dan thanks for visiting Travels and Tours for the beginners they called it basic course, I think that is 1000 Pesos excluding the pack lunch. the basic course has 10 rapids..while the advance course has 16 rapids of adventures.. Try to experience and I’m sure you and your company will enjoy it..:D:D:D
