Pools and Spring Resort Hopping at Bukidnon (7 Destinations in 1 Day Adventures)

What are you doing during the long weekend last week? Did you spend it wisely or did you enjoy over the weekend? This is the best experience I have this year where in we explore the pools and spring resort at Bukidnon. It is a last minute decision by the group where the plan is only visit and enjoys the new pool in Maramag Bukidnon the RR Family Spring Resort. Individually we pitch by Ian together with his wife Ting-Ting and around 6 am we leaved Cagayan de Oro. Since we arrived at RR Family Spring Resort earlier that expected we decided to have a pool hopping at Bukidnon. But before we arrived in RR Resort we visit the most famous tourist spots in Malaybalay, the transfiguration the unique church that I’ve been seen. If you are a reader of this blog you read my post regarding the Falls Hopping at Iligan City and now I will share you the Pools and Spring Resort Hopping at Bukidnon. So this is what your CDO Guide did during the long weekend.

So this is the Pool and spring resort hopping start:

RR family Spring Resort

Our first stop is the RR Family Spring Resort. This place was located at Tubigon, Maramag Bukidnon and it has an entrance of 30 Pesos both adult and children but 2 years old below were free. This resort was open from 7 am to 5 pm and the night swimming will start around 5 pm until 10 pm. They have 4 pools with different levels and the rate of their cottage from 250-600 and it is big already. They have also rooms for those people who would like to stay overnight.

Waig Crystal Resort

The second stop is the Waig Spring Resort; I like this place even though I visited this place for how many times already. This resort located at Purok 8-A, Spring Site, North Poblacion, Maramag, Bukidnon 8714 or you may contact them at (088) 356-1111, 0921-208-6304 and 0915-553-5384.

Luan-Luan Spring

The 3^rd stop is the Luan-Luan Spring which is located at Quezon campo Uno (1). The entrance of this spring is only 10 pesos with 3 difference level of pools.

Lucky 9 Swimming Pool

The 4^th stop is the Lucky 9 Swimming pool. They have 3 pools with different level with the entrance of 20 pesos each.

Edlimar Farm Spring Resort

The 5^th stop is the Edlimar Farm and Spring Resort is located at Brgy. Tubigon, Maramag, Bukidnon and a walking distance to MGM Resort.

MGM Mountain Resort

The final and last stop of our Pool and Spring Resort hopping is the MGM Mountain Resort which we visit this resort also for how many times.

NAPOCOR Canyon Pulangi

We stop over also at NAPOCOR Canyon, Pulangi to take pictures and watch the beautiful nature that we have. Bukidnon was blessed by big mountains and springs that people will stop and will enjoy this gift of god to them.

Camiguin Side Trip

Your CDO GUIDE went to Camiguin last weekend to attend a wedding to our friend; this friend is the officemate of Newlydiscover. Around 2 pm we leave Cagayan de Oro and around 4pm we arrived at Balingoan where we will ride a barge going to Camiguin which is a 1 and haft hour travel time. When we arrived Camiguin we go directly to the Fishpen resort where the group will stay and some of our friends are waiting for us on that resort. We are 15 in the group which some of us are so excited because it’s their first time to step Camiguin Island. In the next morning after the wedding the plan is already made on where we go and what tourist spot should the will be visited. Since the group has big number of people, we decided to rent a van and use it to our travel and trips for that particular day.

Here we go; our first destination in our first day is the Katibawasan falls which is one of the popular tourist spot at Camiguin. Tourist visits this place because of the big water fall and the forest looks to virgin, but the weather condition is not good as we expected, it was raining when we arrived at Katibawasan falls. But its okay, what we did in the area is only getting pictures and makes our crazy post together with the falls.

Since we could not swim to Katibawasan falls we decided to go to White Island although the weather condition is not good. The island is so quit because we are the only group in the Island; the water was so nice quit. But when we are in the island the weather condition was change.:-)

After enjoying at White Island, our next destination is the Ardent (hot spring). We stay and enjoy the place for almost 3 hours. I feel relax in this spring because of the water is so warm, there are lots of groups in this spring who enjoy also including foreigners and some tourist.

The next day before leaving Camiguin we decided to go another Island and that is the Mantigue Island. Going to Mantigue Island you need to rent a boat for only P550 to across the beach. The Island has a white sand, nice view to look at, clean water and in front of this Island are the big mountain of Camiguin. There are lots of things you can do in this Island, you can do snorkeling by renting their gear, visit and watch the sanctuary area and enter the turtle forest. By the way the van we rent in our tour is only P2, 500 in whole day, from 6am in the morning to 9 pm. View our some pictures..:-)

Travel to Camiguin for PANAAD 2009

Hello guys, by the time you reach this blog and read this post, me and my partner are now on our way to Camiguin together with our Co-CDOBLOGGERS friends. We will spend our holy week there and make some relax to our work and try to get away our face in front of our monitors. We are leaving CDO around 7:30 in the morning, sad to say that I can’t post some CDO guide right now. It’s another year, another moment, another experience and another promotion to our beautiful country and for PANAAD TO CAMIGUIN FOR 2009. I think this year will be more excitement because aside from visiting the tourist spot in Camiguin it is my first time to go with our fellow CDOBLOGGERS.

This holy week or let we say a long vacation was plan 4 months ago, it’s 3 days and 2 nights. Supposed to be we are almost 15 people to come with this travel but due to some financial problem and conflict of schedule, it sad to say that we are only 10 people to travel but it is okay because this is not the last PANAAD in CAMIGUIN there many more to come. Team Building Together with the Alaska Team

Well, well… Last Saturday September 27 in this year our company administrators told us that we have a company team building but by department. When we heard the great news everyone are so excited because it happens once a year only in our company. After that great announcement each department will have a meeting for the venue of our team building. Our department decided that we will held our team building at BASAMANGGAS which is located somewhere at JASAAN. After the meeting everybody was okay, the things that we will bring was okay, the foods that we will be bringing are also okay, the transportation, in short all of us in our department was so excited for the team building and also for the new venue.

But 2 days after our meeting the company decided that all department will come together in one venue and the team building was consider as a general meeting for everybody…WTF….!!!!!!! After we heard the announcement all members in our department was so disappointed for making a direct decision with out informing us. All our excitement, energy, spirit, the aggressiveness of that team building was gone… But we can’t do anything because they the one who manage the company and the one who made a decision for what is good for the company and for the employee. Did you know guys where is the venue of our company team building…? At MAPAWA which is located also at Cagayan de Oro which some of us are already there for how many times, especially me, I’ve been there for several times already since when I was a student.. But as what I said we can’t do anything about it but to follow on what they want…WTF…!!!!

I accept in my self that I was so embarrassed on what happened in our team building. But in spite of that embarrassment happened on me I will say thank you also to them. You wonder why I say thank you to them…? It is because I saw my favorite team in the PBA which is the ALASKA TEAM..wwwwwwoooooooooowwwwwwwwwww… My idol are there, the Alaska Team visit and travel in Cagayan de Oro for there team building also and for some exhibition game that will held at Xavier University… we took pictures with team to the coach. This is my first time ever that I saw my PBA idol in personal…Meller is there, Lastimosa, Junio, Cariaso, Hawkins, and other staff of the team…Sad to say that the player who has the same family name with me which the triple “AAA” Aaron ABAN is not there. … I think the Team Alaska has a great time also during there Zip line at MAPAWA…That team building is so great and memorable tome because I have time to see them by near..aheheh…This are the photos of our team building and for the Alaska Team.

Double Date Dinner at Panagatan

It’s been a long time when I last visit the Panagatan restaurant; I think it’s almost a year when I eat in this cool and nice restaurant. My last visit at Panagatan was during the farewell party of our KABARKADA which in that moment he will go to U.S. Panagatan is one of the best places for gathering, for lovers, barkada gathering and many more. Actually panagatan was located at OPOL and it is along the high way and a sea side restaurant, same as other restaurant they have also a live band where in they entertain there costumer while eating.

I did not expect that I can visit the Panagatan again in this year, when my baby told me that we have a dinner at Panagatan I’m so excited because at what I said almost a year when my last visit in this place. The dinner at Panagatan was a double date actually with our friends Lhea and her Boo Jeff, I and my Baby. We are celebrating our month sari for the month of October. This dinner was already planned before the month of September ends. Aside from the dinner date, we plan also that we will arrive there before the sunset so that we can witness the sunset and take some pictures on it.

Panagatan has a nice view and surrounding, cool ambiance and it was clean. It is a romantic place also for lovers and to those people out there who are romantic. You can talk here nicely and make some privacy to your self. Here are our some pictures taken at Panagatan place..
